Fruits are an amazing gift from nature to us and one fruit I am extremely grateful for is the banana. I am in love with bananas and as far as I am concerned banana is the best fruits ever. I really can’t think of any fruit that comes anywhere close to bananas in terms of sweetness.

These minerals and nutrients provide so many benefits in the body but these are not only the benefits we can get from eating bananas.
